Cold Rolled Monel 400 410 430 N05500 Stainless Steel Sheet
Production Description
Monel 400 stainless steel has good cold forming properties commonly associated with chrome-nickel stainless steels. The work hardening rate of Monel 400 alloy is lower than that of type 301 or 304 stainless steel and can be used for multiple stretch forming with relatively large deformation between anneals.
It is a nickel-based alloy dominated by nickel and supplemented by copper. It was first developed in 1906 by the American International Nickel Company. Its typical composition is about 70% Ni and 30% Cu (wt%), which is a nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloy. One of the most widely used alloys.
