The first-stage construction of our factory covers an area of 576 acre and the registered capital is RMB20 million front-end invested RMB 80 million.There are more than 400 employees in our factory,including 6 senior engineers,10 engineers,and 36 middle management personnel and technicans.
The main equipment of our factory are heating furnace, piercing machine, rolling mill, sizing machine, straightening machine and so on. The process flow is as follows:
1. Slag making: The operation of adjusting the composition, basicity and viscosity of slag and its reactivity in the production of steel and iron.
2. Slag discharge: the slag discharge or slag removal operation adopted in the smelting process according to different smelting conditions and purposes during electric arc furnace steelmaking.
3. Molten pool stirring: Supply energy to the molten metal pool to make the molten metal and slag move, so as to improve the dynamic conditions of the metallurgical reaction.
4. Electric furnace bottom blowing: N2, ar, co2, co, ch4, o2 and other gases are blown into the molten pool in the furnace according to the process requirements through the nozzle placed at the bottom of the furnace to accelerate the melting and promote the metallurgical reaction process.
5. Melting period. 6. Oxidation period and decarbonization. 7. Out-of-furnace refining: The steel-making process in which the initially smelted molten steel in the steel-making furnace (converter, electric furnace, etc.) is moved to another container for refining, also called secondary metallurgy.
