Production Description
Duplex stainless steel 2205 standard number: ASTM A240/A240M--01 Duplex stainless steel 2205 alloy is a duplex stainless steel composed of 22% chromium, 2.5% molybdenum and 4.5% nickel-nitrogen alloy. It has high strength, good impact toughness and good overall and local stress corrosion resistance.
The yield strength of 2205 duplex stainless steel is more than double that of ordinary austenitic stainless steel, a feature that allows designers to reduce weight when designing products, making this alloy more affordable than 316 and 317L.

Product Details
1) What is the QC system?
We have QC staff of 5 persons and advanced equipment, each production is with MTC traced from Aluminum ingot lot. According to the standard we will inspect every producing step.
2) How many tons one 20 GP or 40 GP could load?
One 20 GP could load about 20 tons. And 40 GP load about 24 tons.
It depends on the different specification.
3) What market do you mainly sell to?
Australia, America, Asia, Middle East, Western Europe, Africa, etc.
4) What's your payment term?
Usually we do TT and LC or combined.
